Community Director

Property Management Firm in need of a Community Director for a property located in Nacogdoches, Texas.

This positions is responsible for maintaining the financial records and resident files to ensure that all necessary paperwork is accurate. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects, vendors and to present a positive professional image while performing all managerial roles of the property.

Onesite experience required.

Great compensation of up to $45k annually and benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
